First of all, I'm a poet and so you should not take my advice heavily. Initially, the figure of Link (Link right?) stands out giving it an in your face "power/I did it" feel. I do enjoy the background as a dark setting to Links' glow, although it is a little bland (is it supposed to be?) I like Link's stance looking up and holding his sword and shield to the sides, as well as the way his clothing is arranged. Finally, the part that makes it pop, is the glowing runes. Are they supposed to represent the flash when link swings? (sorry I've only played the older games.) Anyway, it is the "Final Blow" it represents the swing (?) and what just happened. I like this piece.
